Art and Writing Submissions:
1. All art and writing submissions must go into the Featured gallery and must follow the following criteria:
a. Submitter must be the creator of the piece of work or intellectual property owner (e.g. copyright/patent holder) for the work being submitted. Works that violates any intellectually property of the creator/owner will be removed from the group and submitter's membership to the group will be reviewed for removal.
b. By submitting the piece of work, Submitter is stating that he/she is not violating any disclosure agreement for the work submitted. Comic Book Creators and Writers assumes no liability for infractions of disclosure agreements and will assist those who have valid claims against the submitter.
