| Afternoon all. Before we get over ran with art and writing submissions, there needs to be some ground rules. Art and Writing Submissions: 1. All art and writing submissions must go into the Featured gallery and must follow the following criteria: a. Submitter must be the creator of the piece of work or intellectual property owner (e.g. copyright/patent holder) for the work being submitted. Works that violates any intellectually property of the creator/owner will be removed from the group and submitter's membership to the group will be reviewed for removal. b. By submitting the piece of work, Submitter is stating that he/she is not violating any disclosure agreement for the work submitted. Comic Book Creators and Writers assumes no liability for infractions of disclosure agreements and will assist those who have valid claims against the submitter. Note: We are serious when it comes to copyrights, patents, and intellectual property. We believe that artists and writers has a right to protect his or her work against misuse and misrepresentation. Please refer to copyright and patent laws before submitting. 2. Artwork and Writing in the Featured gallery will be rotated out per submission basis. This means as an artist submits new material to the featured gallery, his or her older works will be moved into a gallery folder assigned to them. 3. Submitters are allowed to have up to 4 distinct work displayed in the Feature gallery at any time. Overflow of new submitted works will result in some of the them being placed into your assigned gallery folder. Favorites: All Contributors and Founder are allowed to have 3 Favorites in the Favorites Gallery. Your submital to the Favorites is not limited to work submitted to the group and can be works from other artist from the deviant art account. You must give great to the artist for the work that you add to this gallery. |
